Recipe of the week - Ashlea's Easy Smoothie

Smoothies are quick and easy and great for keeping the immunity up at a time like this.

Ingredients

1 big handful of spinach (you can't taste it I promise)
1 small pear
2 thick slices of cucumber
1/2 cup frozen tropical fruit (I get the tropical mix in Aldi - great for the student budget)

1/2 cup water



Steps

  1. It's easy..... blend together and serve!
