Important information - Xanax
*Please not this information is not linked to any incidents on UWE campus
Avon & Somerset Police have informed us that multiple seizures of white tablets with the appearance of a #xanax bar have been mixed with Flualprazolam & Clonazolam. The dosage in these tablets is unknown.
#Flualprazolam is what’s known as a non-registered drug in the benzo family. Due to the unregulated nature of Flualprazolam, it's hard to find concrete information about strength but there is a good indication that it's stronger than Xanax, meaning more risk!
Not alot is known about Clonazolam. "This compound is a novel research chemical derivative of the FDA-approved drugs Clonazepam and Alprazolam (Xanax). Clonazolam is reported to be roughly 2.5x as potent as alprazolam" - psychonautwiki.Org
- Strong sedation
- Loss of motor skills
- Respiratory depression
- Compulsive redosing
- Delusions of sobriety
- Language suppression
- Rebound anxiety
- Residual sleepiness
If you think you may have some of these tablets in your possession, you can send them anonymously to Wedinos.org to find out what is in your tablets.
Please also be reminded that mixing drugs and alcohol can be extremely dangerous. The effects will be exaggerated and it could prove fatal.
Speak to a Spaced Worker if you have questions about Benzos or anything substances or would like some advice and information to keep you and your friends safe!
