Workout of the Week 23rd February 2020

We're back with the final Workout of the Week for February.



This week Liam brings you a full body Tabata workout that will leave you feeling energised!

There are 3 different rounds to try and each round has three different exercises.



Beginners – Rest for two minutes between each round. Aim to complete each round once



Intermediate Exercisers – Rest for one minute between rounds and aim to complete each round twice.



Advanced – Rest for 30 seconds between rounds and aim to complete each round 3-4 times.


Round 1 - Do each exercise for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in between.



Bodyweight Squats (20 Seconds)

10 Seconds Rest
Press up (20 Seconds)
10 Seconds Rest
Elbow to Knee Crunch

Repeat these exercises 3 times each before moving on to the next round.



REST



Round 2 - Do each exercise for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in between.

Squat Kicks (20 seconds)
10 Seconds Rest
Walk out Press up (20 Seconds)
10 Seconds Rest
Mountain Climbers
Repeat these exercises 3 times each before moving on to the next round.



REST



Round 3 - Do each exercise for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in between.

Sprint on Spot (20 Seconds)
10 Seconds Rest
Jumping Jacks (20 Seconds)
10 Seconds Rest
Burpees

Repeat these exercises 3 times.
