HIIT: High-intensity interval training targets different parts of the body, giving you a full workout that'll have you aching the next day - in a good way! This is ideal if you've only got about 15-20 minutes to squeeze in before your lectures.
Try a full body workout: If you're struggling with exercise ideas or can't seem to shift that extra bit of weight, check out Krissy Cela on Instagram (she also offers personalised meal plans and workout guides)! She constantly mixes her workouts up and focuses on different areas all the time - so, there will be something everyone will find useful!
HOME WORKOUT⭐️ I loved doing this workout I took my time and really focused on contracting my muscles as much as possible. Bodyweight workouts are fantastic and sometimes when you're just not feeling the gym a home workout is ideal Method: 1. Pistol squats on chair 20 x4 each leg 2. Single leg crunch kicks 30x4 3. Resistance bands: These are great if you've got a little bit bored of squats or want a new challenge! They are an absolute killer for a leg/bum workout and you can really feel it working your muscles. Get yourself on Amazon or eBay to order one for as little as £3. Challenge accepted.
🍑RESISTANCE BAND GLUTE WORKOUT Do this workout at the gym or home, all you need is a resistance band. 🍑I trained high reps for this workout, WHY?! Because your muscles are made up of fast twitch AND slow twitch fibres which respond and grow better with low weight and high reps.
