This really Easy Veggie Chilli recipe is versatile and delicious, you can make it with a few staple ingredients and whatever you have in your fridge or cupboards.
If, like me, you find cooking therapeutic, now is the perfect time to start experimenting and trying out new recipes. If you're not into cooking - it's not everyones cup of tea - make a few portions of this recipe and freeze so you have something wholesome to eat on those days you can't be bothered to cook or don't have time to cook.
