YouTube is loaded with great fitness channels that you can use to workout at home, outside or well, anywhere really - so there is no excuse not to stay fit and healthy this summer!

Check out these 10 awesome YouTube fitness channels for working out outside or at home: 

  1. Fitness Blender  

    Husband and wife duo, Daniel and Kelly, have over 300 full-length workout routines and make new videos every week covering Pilates, bodyweight workouts, HIIT, yoga and much more! Their workouts vary in fitness level and difficulty offering something for everyone!
  2. BodyRock  

    Founder and instructor Lisa-Marie offers challenging workouts and body goals. She delivers varying workouts and introduces moves that you may have never seen before, but don't worry she has tutorials for her moves. 
  3. The Body Coach TV 

    Joe Wicks sets out to inspire and motivate you to exercise more and get healthy. He shares new workouts every week that you can do anywhere and most of them without equipment. His channel is great for quick 15-25 minute high-intensity workouts. 
  4. BeFit  

    You can get everything from dance routines to extreme workouts to beginners yoga on BeFit. This channel is perfect for doing exercises anywhere and following them straight from your phone. It also offers some health hack videos.
  5. Tone It Up  

    The super fit duo, Katrina and Karena, offer a wide range of alternative workouts with the aim of getting the perfect beach body. Their motto is 'Share, Love, Inspire, Sweat' and have been featured in quite a few well-known publications.
  6. Scott Herman Fitness

    With more than 2 million subscribers Casey Ho has established herself professionally with her online Pilates sequences. Her videos are short and peppy, but intense. They're perfect for having fun and getting a quick workout in.
