Meditation can be the perfect way to de-stress and collect your thoughts, especially if you have a hectic university life. This new Give it a Go course is designed to get you started with meditating, and highlighting the benefits it could bring to your everyday life
This workshop describes the benefits of meditation and offers a great opportunity to enjoy guided meditation to help begin your very own practice. Led by professional mindfulness and spiritual teacher Lewis, you will be guided through the basics in an easy and accessible session which anyone new to meditation can benefit from.
