Reapply for 2019/20!
Did you know that if you're studying part-time or you're on a post graduate course you need to reapply for Disabled Students' Allowances (DSA) each year?
You'll need to complete an application form which you can find by going to your Funding Body web pages:
- Student Finance England
- Students Awards Agency for Scotland
- Student Finance Wales
- Student Finance Northern Ireland
- Research councils
- Social work bursaries
Unless you have a new condition you don't need to send your medical evidence off again and you won't need to attend another Study Needs Assessment (SNA). If however you've any problems with your DSA support or feel that you could benefit from further recommendations you'll need to contact the assessment centre you had your SNA with.
Come and see us!
If you need help with reapplying for DSA, Disabled Student Support are running extended sessions on the following dates:
Thursday 23rd May, 10am-4pm
Hallam Help desk, Level 0, Heart of the Campus, Collegiate Campus
Friday 31st May, 10am-4pm
