Winter is coming!
After the success of our Bootcamp sessions during the Summer, we will continue run more throughout the Autumn and Winter months.
Where possible, the sessions will take place outdoors. When the weather isn't so kind, we will relocate into the Sports Hall to ensure you keep those fitness levels tip top in time for the festive period!
As always, our Bootcamps will give you a total body workout that will challenge your fitness levels with a combination of bodyweight, resistance and cardio exercises that will help boost your strength, endurance and stamina. Suitable for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.

21st - 25th October
18th - 22nd November
All Bootcamps will run from 6.45 - 7.45am
Members - £20 per Bootcamp or £50 for all 3.
Non-Members - £25 per Bootcamp or £60 for all 3.
