What fitness classes can i do at the gym?
The Sports Centre offers a wide range of fitness classes as part of the membership. That means you don't have to pay extra for any of the classes led by our own instructors.
Fitness classes are not only a great way of keeping fit and having fun but they also provide a fantastic opportunity to meet new people.
There are over 35 classes a week to choose from including Spin, Yoga, Pilates, Kettebells to name a few! So whether you like sweating it out in a Spin class or relaxing in Yoga class after a hard day of studying, we've got something for you!
To view our current class timetable please click here. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance and you can do so by emailing sportsreception@qmu.ac.uk.
