Looking for something to do this Tuesday? 

Why not come along to one of our Fitness classes?  Fitness classes are a great way to keep fit, meet new people and also have a bit of fun while exercising! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels. 

There's 7 different classes to choose from including Spin, Boxfit, Pilates and Yoga to name a few. 



07.45 – 08.15 – Treadfit

12.15 – 12.45 – Spin Circuits

13.00 – 13.30 - Boxfit

17.30 – 18.15 – Pilates

18.30 – 19.15 – Spin

19.15 – 20.00 – Strength & Tone

20.00 – 21.00 – Yoga

All classes are included in your membership so it won't cost you a penny!
