New Fitness Class timetable!
We are delighted to announce the launch of our new class timetable!

There are over 42 classes on each week. Choose from high intensity Spin classes to relaxing yoga sessions, we have something for everyone!
Our morning and afternoon classes are delivered in 30 minutes to ensure you can squeeze your fitness in around your studies or work. One 30 minute class a day can ensure you hit the recommended physical activity guidelines for adults ( at least 150 minutes (2 1/2 hours) of moderate intensity activity) , set out by the UK Chief Medical Officer.
