The annual National Student Housing Survey (NSHS) is now open.
This survey gives you an opportunity to feedback on your time living in halls this past year. We’re very aware that for most of you the time in halls has been cut short, and we’re sure for all of you it has been a very different experience to what you were expecting. Despite this, it is still essential that we get your feedback on the experience you did have, so that we can understand what has and hasn’t worked for you this year.
Whether you’re still living in halls or have returned home, please take the time to complete this survey as your feedback is really important. Your answers are confidential and will be studied carefully to help improve accommodation standards.
When completing the survey you will be asked to select your hall. If you are still in halls and have moved since lockdown, please answer the survey based on the hall you currently live in. If you are a resident of Greenbank please select either Derby & Rathbone Hall or Roscoe & Gladstone Hall. Derby Old Court residents should select ‘Derby and Rathbone’.
The survey is available online now via the following link: https://survey.gsl.news/
As an incentive to complete the survey, there are a number of prize draws in place:
Nationally, the organisation behind the NSHS are offering the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win £500 in cash, with an additional three runner-up prizes of between £25 and £50.
Specifically for residents of University of Liverpool accommodation, the Halls Life Team will be running a prize draw to win one of three £50 Amazon vouchers.
Whilst all responses are confidential, please be aware that you will be asked to supply an email address if you wish to enter these prize draws so that you can be contacted if you are a winner. Winners will be notified once the survey has closed.
The survey will be available from Monday 18th May, until Sunday 31st May. It should only take you about 10 minutes to complete.
Every year thousands of students give feedback which helps make things better for the next generation, we appreciate your contribution to help us keep improving.
Thank you and stay safe.
