19:30 (30 mins) – MetaFit (Instructor Led)



Wednesday

10:00 (45 mins) – Sh’Bam

17:15 (55 mins) – Body Pump

20:15 (30 mins) – CXWorx



Thursday

8:15 (55 mins) – Body Combat

12:15 (55 mins) – Body Balance

16:00 (30 mins) – Body Pump

Also, don't forget that the gym is staffed every day if you need any help with equipment or just have some questions.

The staffed hours are:  Monday – Friday 3pm – 10pm and Weekends 11am - 8pm

You can also book the outside courts at Reception if you want to work out outdoors!
