Spaces to chill, study and play music in The Village
Oadby student village is full to the brim with a variety of facilities available. We have 5 pool tables on site, multiple ping pong tables, fully equipped music rooms and study rooms available throughout the year. All of our facilities are of course free to use!
If you want to get some music practise in, all you need to do is head down to Oadby Student Village Reception with your student ID. The receptionist will swap your student card with the key for your desired music room (provided it’s not being used). You will be able to have the room for 2 hours per session and you can pre-book rooms.
Our study rooms upstairs in the village hub can cater to all needs, be it group work or individual study, and many of which have access to a projector. These are really useful if you’re looking to get some work done but don’t want to have to travel all the way to the University Library. We also have a large computer suite available for use in Olive Banks as well as more quiet study areas.
