Depending on your mood, you could go to a local park or go on an adventure in the wider county of Devon. Whichever you choose, you'll have more than enough to explore in your next 3 years at uni!

4. Do a spot of shopping
When that loan is burning a hole in your pocket, it's nice to know where your favourite spots are. Exeter has all the big brands like Zara, Urban Outfitters and Primark but also some quirky independent shops too. Time to find your new faves!

6. Support the locals
No matter which sport you follow, or if you're not that bothered at all - you're officially an Exeter resident now so you need to back the teams and support them all the way. Or at least pretend!

The occasional trip to pictures or a night at the theatre is always fun. Whether you prefer thrilles, chick flicks or musicals, you'll find something to suit the mood you're in.
