Have you recently jumped on the gym hype or just want to reverse your December bingeing?


Sometimes you need that pre or post-gym pump and that's where protein comes in!

You might not fancy a protein shake or particularly like the taste of them but that's why you should put the powder in other foods to still get your fix:

Strawberry pancakes

These are super easy to make if you're feeling lazy and can be whipped up pretty quick in the kitchen too.
